Nintendogs is one of those games that just kept getting bigger and bigger. People seem to love their virtual pets and just can’t get enough of them. With Nintendogs you basically buy a puppy and raise as well as train it. Available at Launch of the 3DS will be Nintendogs + Cats 3D.

There will be 3 different starting breeds to choose from, French Bulldog, Poodle, or Golden Retriever. Each starting breed has it’s own game so depending on which breed you choose to start with you would have to buy that version of the game. There are no differences in gameplay though so once you know which breed you want to start of with your good to go.

The first new feature that this game offers is kittens. Now you can choose to raise kittens in the same way you did your original Nintendogs. This is a great feature for all you cat lovers out there who may have felt left out with only the dog option.

Play with your pet in your world using the augmented reality feature.

Use the pedometer to count steps while walking your puppy. Just bring your 3DS along for the walk.

Journal feature to keep track of everything you do in the game like activities with your pet, steps taken with pedometer and wireless interaction with other players.
